When ever i have those relationship genre conversation with people . . . some would tell me why they had not met their current love ones so that they don't have to go through those heartbreaking seasons with their exes . . . i say current love beacause i cannot say its forever . . . it may be forever to one party or both party but anything can happen ^^ yes accept this cruel fact . . . i read before that love will fade in 1-2 years time . . . the feeling of closeness and warmth will last that long because of " body chemistry " even shixiang agrees with me . . . go read up if you don't believe . . . i'm not going to say anything on how to have long lasting love or forever and ever stuff . . .
Err where was i . . . yes , so i don't really agree with " if only i had met him earlier " you say THIS because your situation is happy now . . . what if things took a turn and went downwards ? Love blinds and everyone knows that but when in love they lose their sane self , honestly thats not the thing which is going to keep u together for the next 50 years . . . its something else . . .
Probably those who said that never took into account the " lessons " the past relationship had taught them . . . you don't really grow if you don't accept that fact that what you have today was also cause by what happen back then . . . maybe the past relationship taught you not to be so picky with certain issues or to show more appreciation with simple care . . .
I once told a lady that the 3 words work wonders ( long enough for you to tackle the real issues ) when using it to assure the guys when they are feeling insecure about the relationship . . . She doesn't believe it and she text this 3 words plus some of her own feelings in . . . it worked .
I'm not suggesting that you use it everytime ! You use it to ease his/her anxiety THEN YOU and HIM/HER must MAKE sure to tackle the real issues which lead to the insecurities in this relationship . . . simple to understand yet it take quite some time to really get all the things work out . . .

Would you know how Happiness taste like if you never taste Sadness ? Don't tell me you know bcause i probably would tell you that you are bull shitting . . . i am sure somewhere in your life something has brought you down and then something good happens down the path which enables you to feel happier . . . you won't feel happy if you don't feel sadness . . . life is simple , so simple that even i myself tend to think of it as hard. . . what for i make myself so miserable right ^^ ? Just embrace everything that comes your way . . .
